My problem involves the changing of my user name
to "ConnInts1" and my phone # to 01168800141 (the last two
digits are anything from 30 to 49) every time I dialup. I
change everything back to the correct data but it changes
everytime. It also creates a new icon in my dial-up
connection window called Earthlink_OLD which has the
correct info. When I do a text search for "ConnInts1" the
only file that comes up is svchost.exe - I cannot delete
this file, the response is "Access denied - file in use by
Windows". I have received differing responses as to
whether svchost.exe belongs in ME. Any suggestions?
