HELP! Can't delete Trojan: Downloader.Esepor.W

Hi all. I've tried to rid my system of the Esepor.W virus, but I havn't had any luck. I've run both AVG and TrojanHunter, and neither will pick up or delete the virus. This is the exact error message:
"Virus
Trojan horse Downloader.Esepor.W
is found in file
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{BBB7DC21-7136-4948-9E56-9960BDBD2331}\RP125\A0014977.exe
To remove this virus, please run AVG for Windows"
I'm not sure how this got on my system, as I don't download anything from anyone, and I run Ad Aware on a regular basis. But, any help on how to delete this virus would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
