Hey,
Try running your system in safe mode and run your
antivirus software. Also run a removal utility from
Norton below is the link:

2.beagle@mm.removal.tool.html
If your system is still slow then install the free Adware
(www.adware.net)and remove any datamine or spoofing dll's.
