DOS is your friend.
1. To get a list of all current instances
DIR HPOTHB07.* /S
2. To send the list to a text file
DIR HPOTHB07.* /S > FILNAM.BAT
3. Then edit this FILNAM.BAT
to delete every instance.
Then run it.
4. Search all startup files for calls to
HPOTHB07 and remove those.
5. Reboot

The point is that DOS ignores Windows'
prohibition against deleting from disk a
file currently loaded (which in this case
can perhaps spawn duplicates.)
