"Second Thought" and "MyPCSearch"

Upon upgrading to Microsoft Windows XP, I have received
numerous files that I consider viruses. They are "Second
Thought" and "MyPCSearch". I am looking for a way to
delete these files from my computer. I would appreciate
any assistance that any of you can offer.
