Thank you for your post. In the future, please only post once per problem.
Your problem sounds like spyware using the ByteVerify exploit to
automatically install itself. Please read the following and update your
system:

Now, I would recommend you scan your machine with a good anti-spyware
program. I suggest Spybot Search and Destroy. It can be downloaded here:
http://www.safer-networking.org/
Please note that Spybot Search and Destroy is a third-party program, and
Microsoft does not support it or provide a warranty for it in any way. If it
does not fix your problem, feel free to post again.
