I think the file reported missing is MSVBVM60.dll, not MSVBM60.dll, and
that you have a typo in your post.
MSVBVM60.dll is a run-time package, along with VBRUN60.dll. Both should
be included in the distribution package of programs written in MS Visual
Basic 6.0. VBRUNxx.dll has always been necessary, but starting with VB
5.0, MicroSoft Visual BasicVirtual Machine XX.dll was added.

Since your system does not already have msvbvm60.dll, then you probabally
should download all ten runtime MS Visual Basic files (VBRun60sp4.exe) from
Microsoft at

For communication,
replace "at" with the 'at sign'
replace "mindjump" with "mindspring."
replace "dot" with "."
