Well, more detail would be appreciated, but in general the
following should work:
Download McAfee Stinger, available at:
http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger.exe
Disable system restore:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310405
Restart your computer in Safe Mode:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315222
Run the Stinger program, until it has completed and removed
all viruses that it can.
Restart your computer, and re-enable System Restore.
Update your antivirus software and run a full scan again.
