w32.welchia.b.worm

Hey, I've been getting popups from my computer saying
that I have the w32.welchia.b.worm virus on my computer.
I went to the symantec website to d/l a program to get
rid of it but that program didn't even find it on my
cpu. I've tried finding it through Norton and it says I
don't have it either, yet I keep getting popups about it
and my internet gets messed up b/c of it. Does anyone
know what I can do to get rid of this virus?? Thanks.
