I'll second that. I've been using Norton Antivirus for 12 years, and havn't
had a virus infection on any machines for which I've had responsibility
since. In fact, the last virus infection I had was a boot sector virus,
gotten from questionable software bought in Jordan during the first Bush
Gulf War.

For communication,
replace "at" with the 'at sign'
replace "mindjump" with "mindspring."
replace "dot" with "."
