You should not use a real email address when posting to
newsgroups. The Swen virus (and spammers) harvest email
addresses from newsgroups. Never go online without a
firewall in place. Once you have cleaned Blaster from your
computer, install a firewall like Zone Alarm from a CD
(download using another person's computer) and install
before going online to update your critical updates from
Microsoft. Read this newsgroup often to see the many ways
viruses can enter your computer.
