Dave, thanks for your input. First I made a spelling mistake, it's rasautou,
not rasatou. I searched again with the correct spelling and found that this
mysterious app is part of WindowsXP operating system. I checked its
properties and read the file with Quick View Plus. It's honest MS but what
was this little devil doing with my computer when it was interrupted by the
ISP connection cut-out?
