if your email address really is rex.dorricott@exony.com, then you are
askng for even more problems because some virii, esp. SWEN harvests
email addresses from news (swen backwards) groups and put them on a "must
send" list.
I suggest removing or munging your email address in future posts, and
changing the one you now have, which has already been harvested and
targetted.
