At this point there isn't anything you can do to get
rid of it, your e-mail address is out there (whether it
was initially randomly spit out by a spammer, or
harvested from an infected machine which had your e-mail
address in its address book). In either case, its an
impersonal process, not so much "someone" as "some
program", if that's any consolation. If you begin getting
a flood of these ersatz "returned mails" you may wish to
use mail filters, which allow you to pre-select mail to
ignore. Veronica Loell has lots of good information on
that process.
