Slowdown after Spyware, Popups

Hey everybody

Recently my computer got attacked by all this spyware and
popups that I still need a bit of help with. I used AVG,
Spybot search and destroy, Ad-Aware, CWshredder and
Hijack this and they got rid of most of the stuff but the
popups still come and I dont want to have to run
Zonealarm all the time. This is my main problem though,
ever since this attack my computer has become INCREDIBLY
slow whether playing games, going on the internet or even
just opening simple programs and shutting down the
computer or logging off.

I really need help with the popups and spyware but more
importantly the slowdown of the computer. I dont no if
any of you can help but if you could, please tell me what
to do.
