"downloader.MSCache" virus

This virus was quarentined by Norton Antivirus, but could
not be repaired. I followed the instructions to remove it
from the file "wtvuzaw.dll".

run:
   regsvr32/u c:\windowsdownloaderprogramfiles\wtvuxaw.dll

Unfortunately the file was deleted and now I am having
trouble downloading the MS security patch 1a.

Any suggestions out there?
