To the "person" that calls himself an MVP:
Your Insensitive non-reply so incensed me that I overlooked three of the
most important facets to be examined here. As you've threatened, you can now
throw this to your /dev/null Void...You've avoided the truth and facts
successfully so far, why stop now?
1) You've indicated by your responses the sad fact that you are unable to
ascertain fact from fiction. A security threat, from a genuine source by
which one may supplement and fortify their security. I would no sooner trust
you or your opinion on security than I would trust former President Bill
Clinton to not have had sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky when he
claimed he hadn't.
2) As a human being you represent the worst of what humanity can offer, in
that your ego far outweighs your ability to face facts and truth. *Your
inability to admit when you are wrong*, and your adamant refusal to admit
your fallibility even at this point indicates a serious problem, making you
an unreliable person inasmuch as the only thing of concern to you *is* you,
and how you perceive yourself.
3) You haven't the *slightest* bit of concern for others, as is proven by
the fact that you have made a false accusation against another person which
was undeserved, inaccurate, slanderous, insensitive, and plain wrong. Not
only that, but you continue to do so by virtue (an oxymoron in your case) of
ignoring the fact that the link that I offered was valid, the update was
valid, and you still refuse to recognize that *fact*. I tried to help
others, not hurt them. What had you accomplished in your false accusation?
You "scared" people, you denied them the ability to update and secure their
machines. You didn't really hurt me for I am far above your ilk. But you
hurt humanity as a whole by your crass low behavior, lack of civility, and
by being an archetype of the worst that society can offer. I can only pity
anyone whom you may claim to care for, including persons who may seek advice
that you answer to. You really went out of your way to study what I posted
and to validate your claim didn't you? With you, the act of caring would be
an impossibility. You've proven my point continually, by your slow replies
that have nowhere matched the speed with which you jumped to make a false,
smart alecky diagnosis. So very clever and witty! When a reply was finally
made, it had the same tenor as your first post. This speaks volumes in and
of itself.
*All* of this could have been avoided if you were human enough, big enough,
to admit when you were /are wrong. But that is a quality that you lack,
along with the inability to recognize a security software update from a
virus. I am not about to take nonsense of the kind that you offer lying
down. Maybe you can convince the people you "care" for to let you walk all
over them, but you wont get away with that BS with me.
And you may jettison this to your /dev/null Void so as to continue to try
and avoid truth and reality for all I care. The fact remains: reality is
there whether or not you want to face it or believe it, and your ignoring it
will not change that reality one iota. Avoid it all you like, it doesn't
change that fact that this post can be, and will be read by others. They may
then form their own opinion, and decide whether you are competent, or worthy
to carry the banner of an MVP, or whether I was posting a virus as you
claimed. The truth will out.
