Note, you do NOT need any program to have server rights for
normal home usage. You will want to allow certain programs
to a;ways have the ability to begin an Internet connection,
such as Internet Explorer and Outlook or Outlook Express.
You may want ping or tracert, and certainly your anti-virus
update will need to be able to access the Internet.
