Unless Trend Micro is detecting Swen by some element of the message headers,
then that should not have happened.

Verify your MW settings; it may have been jolted to display enough of a
message body for Trend to catch viral sign.
BTW, I like my system's response to viral mail; though I will never know for
sure which virus tripped the Policy:
10:29:27: Job MG000048: * killed by policy exception.
F-Prot for DOS does the scan, Mercury Mail deletes the message upon a
positive result from F-Prot for DOS.
