Your antivirus program that you have running on your system with up-to-date
virus definitions should tell you that. If you DON'T have a good antivirus
program protecting your system, then try one of the online virus scanning
tools that most antivirus program publishers provide. The one the Norton
(Symantec) provides is at

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/

go there and click on "Check for security risks" near the bottom of the web
page. This will check for virus infection AND you can also check for
vulnerabilites that require a "Firewall" for protection.

replace "at" with the 'at sign'
replace "mindjump" with "mindspring."
replace "dot" with "."
