Hi Tedd:
I hate hearing those horror stories !
Verizon can be a Phukup ! I had problems the first week or so w/Verizon. But, after almost
4 years with them as my ISP I have been pleased with the quality of the service. The last
time I calculated, I had less then a 1/2% downtime.
Having Verizon as an ISP is one thing, getting good support is another matter. Sometimes I
think they hire morons off the street. Good luck !

| Hey Dave
| Well I picked up the Linksys BEFSR41 Router (even was on sale !) and got the
| Westell 2100 modem all connected to our favorite ISP's phone line and....the
| ready light keeps blinking, saying NO DSL, in calling tech support, they had
| no record for my phone number be turned on to a DSL account, I referenced
| the ticket number and they looked it up and said my "other number" has been
| activated for DSL...Small problem, my "other number" is my Verizon Wireless
| account. For some reason I think my phone might not work on T1 downloads.
| Ugh a few more days wait. !
