HP Pavilion? Compaq? Or maybe some software you installed. If it came with
the computer OEM OS, it should be in your Add/Remove Programs; it was for my
HP Pavilion. It should be safe to remove it. Check your computer documents,
if it is either the HP or the Compaq. My Pavilion docs had "Backweb"
mentioned on one of the sheets in the manual pack; what it did, how to
disable it.
