Look on the symantec knowledge base and see if they have a procedure for
manually deinstalling NAV. They have one for NAV2003 which is probably
close. It entails editing the registry, so backup your registry first and
follow the instructions. Its probably to soon for them to have posted a 2004
version. I have always found it is best to deinstall Norton before any OS
upgrade or even a Norton upgrade.
