Microsoft Security Update 828028

Microsoft Security Update 828028, rated as critical, and affecting most
Windows OS installations has been released today, 10FEB04. It can be found
at http://www.microsoft.com/security/security_bulletins/20040210_windows.asp
but does not yet appear on windowsupdate.

The unchecked buffer vulnerability allows remote code execution and was
first reported to Microsoft six months ago. No reports of its use in the
wild.
