Teddy Bear virus?

Anyone know if JDBGM in search, that brings up a teddy
bear, is a virus? I received an E-mail that advised that
it is sent by searching address books. The E-mail advised
a way to delete the file, however if its part of my
operating system I don't want to delete it.
