MyDoom got me...please help

I was infected with MyDoom. McAfee Anti-virus has
cleaned/deleted infected files EXCEPT one.

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{07F3C917-F5D6-48E1-
8AD9-2558CF683551}\RP436\A0049963.dll

McAfee continues to tell me that MyDoom is in this file,
but no matter what I do from windows or DOS I am unable
to delete or replace this file. Please tell me what I
need to do in a step by step manner.
