Note: even though you have removed Norton Internet Security, the
information above may provide you with some troubleshooting steps to
resolve this.
 
Finally, if the symptom happened recently and you are using Windows XP,
you might be able to restore your system to the state it was in prior to
the symptom using System Restore:
