It makes a good deal of difference when you're trying to figure out what's
triggering it. If AdAware (latest version, updated before scanning) and
SpyBot (same) can't find it, it would be helpful to know whether Windows is
starting up something when it launches.
Remember, this is a peer support forum - if you're polite and patient you
will get a lot more help. Otherwise you can always pull out your credit card
and call PSS. :-)
