Help!!

My computer keeps freaking out. I'll be doing something,
typing on word, using AOL and it just starts bugging-
opening every file and program. I do not have control of
my mouse or keyboard. It lasts for about 7 seconds and
then I have to close everything it opened.
How do I fix this and stop this?!
