Most common question is "how do I open attachments in
Outlook Express [Outlook]?"
MS defaults to blocking attachments and all the people who
don't know enough to look at the Tools/Options or Help menu,
ask and are answered,.
You have to be careful. Email or ask on the phone. "Did you
send me such and such, what is it?" If you get a "returned
email" look in your sent folder to see if anything matches,
don't just open it up to see what you sent didn't get
delivered.
