You have a webpage for your company. You have a tab or link
"Contact us" that has contact info for snail mail,
telephone, FAX, but for email contact you get a webform that
is directed to a host server, with pre-set fields. You've
seen these, they make you angry because you are limited to
what you can send, sometimes the subjects are limited,
sometimes you are limited to only 200 words in the message.
