Add detection for Novarg-virus-spam to MMM3

Add detection for Novarg-virus-spam
1. change download additional lines to 35
2. copy the files novarg_msg.txt, novarg_subj.txt and
dangerousAttachments.txt to your MMM3-directory
3. create the following 2 filters
<Subject> Equals '$novarg_subj.txt' AND <Size> > '31000'
<Header> Includes '$novarg_msg.txt' AND <Size> > '31000'
