microsoft email virus

hi,

i keep getting the following in all my email accounts...

And i know i havent sent a letter out,but it says cannot
deliver due to a virus.

also an email from microsoft,that i need to download a
patch..
Can anyone tell me how they get my email,and how to stop
it,or cure it?
