I agree the infected file could be Tedd.exe, but in your comment

"Openme.exe is a file and the conveyor of the infector. It is NOT the name
of the infector" it sounds like openme is a stand alone program that helps
to install a virus. That is all I am getting at as I have a collection of
"bad" files and it was not clear if openme was a virus or not, when you
mentioned "conveyor" that threw me off.
