There are many, many viruses which use random file names to aim to
confuse the user and to try to avoid easy detection. The only way
you can truely confirm whether or not you are infected with a virus
is to run a scan with some updated antivirus software.

If you already have antivirus software, start it up and update it.

If you don't have antivirus software, you can download some for free
at http://www.grisoft.com

You can also perform an online scan from TrendMicro, at:
http://housecall.antivirus.com

Search bars and other unwanted toolbars are usually the result of
some software having been installed on your computer. There's a
number of programs available to remove those. For a start, try
AdAware (http://www.lavasoft.de) and SPybot (http://security.kolla.de)

I suggest you try the things I've listed above, and then come back
to tell us the results.

Good luck!
