email titled: Microsoft security issue has been recieved.

This email states that MS requires product key information, is this a hoax? I think it is but don't see any info on the web about it.

Sorry to bother you with this question but wasn't sure where to direct.....I received the email below and I believe it's a hoax.....how should I handle?

Would appreciate any advice....
