1) Disable NAV b4 you run ScanDisk or
2) Boot to Safe Mode and Run ScanDisk from there or
3) D/L ScanDefrag and run that application, which will reboot you
computer and run Disk Clean, ScanDisk and Defrag prior to the loading of
start up files.
