Hey,
You might wanna check what you have in the startup.
check the Hkey local machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current version\Run to see if there are any suspicious exe's
or values.

rollback,dirty istall (not possible), and boot into safe
modes have no response.
just keeps rebooting and going to the menu to boot into
safe modes or rollback to a previuos setting, which only
reboots the system and starts the same process.
