virus-jdbgmgr.exe

someone forwarded me an email saying that a virus named
jdbgmgr.exe was in some earlier emails sent to me and
shows supposedly how to get rid of it but is still on my
pc. the file says to be microsoft but i have no idea my
antivirus doesn't pick up any viruses. can somebody tell
me if this file is supposed to be on my pc or not?
