Thanks for the info.
Well, let me give more details. I reinstalled my computer (so I know no
viruses are on my computer) and updated everything including the antivirus
yesterday. From yesterday to today, I had the auto-protect on. I was
surfing today and decided to due a manual scan. That's when Norton caught
the virus. Now, since the computer was virus yesterday and I had the
auto-protect on constantly, why didn't Norton auto-protect stop the virus
from coming into my computer today.
I'm just wondering if there's a defect in Norton Antivirus 2003 auto-protect
feature. It should have caught the virus today since the computer was virus
free yesterday and the auto-protect has been on constantly.
Thanks.
