But do you ever check to see what you are missing? And the other problem is
that if you DO have local scanning of incoming email for viruses, then all
that processing will have been done before Outlook Express even sees the
email.
And then there is the NEXT swen-like attack. The one that will send out
advertisements as well as infected attachments - a spammers dream. Some of
the outboard programs Veronica suggested can easily be updated to counter
new threats, using a much more powerful rule structure than Outlook Express
or Outlook.
