Definitely. Every word an OP uses in a post is a clue to the problem he/she is having.
The replier can't read between the lines nor infer what is NOT posted. Note that the OP in
this instance understood this and reposted his query quite well and succinctly in the post
entitled "Norton Antivirus 2003 Freezes", Compare the two posts and you too can see what a
world of difference this makes in supporting the OP.
