Spybot is a program that you install, unistall it and it should get rid of
it.
If you didn;t install it, then download http://www.AD-Aware.com and this
program should remove it.
If that doesn't work, then try this:

Go to http//vil.nai.com/vil/stinger it's from McAfee and it doesn't matter
what other virus program you are running. Remember to disable the restore
feature before running stinger.

When you download stinger remember to download the instructions.

A few more things to keep in mind.

1. Make sure that you have applied or the security patches from Microsoft.

2. If you are running Windows XP, make sure that you have SP1a

3. If you are running Windows 2K, make sure that you have SP4

4. If you are running Windows NT4, make sure that you have SP6

5. And last, make sure that your Microsoft Office Suite is up-to-date with
all the necessary patches. Too many people just think of the Operating
System.

Good Luck!
