Trojan ! What should I do ?

It was detected by Norton 2003 and can not be gotton rid
of . It was under this: Download.Trojan
C:\ProgramFiles\Commonfiles\updater\wupdater.exe
I've been try a lot of method already, but it seems
doesn't work and also a "albert" shows all the time to
remine me "there is a Virus in my computer"
Any ideas out there to help me get rid of this virus?
And what does or can this virus do?
