Chris - about 7 times out of 10, regulars on this forum know that someone
who says "I have that exact problem" doesn't.

Why not lay it all out from the beginning so we all know what you are
talking about--pay special attention to letting us know what version of
windows you are running, what antivirus, and what messages you are
getting--i.e. the name, for example, of any virus mentioned.
