You can't stop them from being sent; they are being pushed from infected
computers, not pulled from your computer.
One method to prevent such mail from coming to an address would be to
"break" that address; alas, it is too late to help yours. Probably the best
way would be to use <morrismm1@charter.invalid> for posting, then in your
signature, tell people to replace the ".invalid" with ".net" if they want to
send an email.
But with that address, you are now stuck with incoming Swen. If Charter will
filter, so much the better. Otherwise, you are on your own to filter.
