You would be the best judge of that. After all, the 'Program Files'
directory is a collection of the programs you our your computer manufacturer
has installed. If NAV tells you that the file is infected, then it should
already be quarantined. Can you even SEE the program using Windows
Explorer? Have you set Windows Explorer to show ALL files? What program
installation created the STC directory? If you can see mlss.exe file, have
you tried to delete it? What happens when you try?
