You need a real antivirus.
I can suggest two possible options for you:
1) install Grisofts AVG 6 free version, and scan the whole machine. That
should clean this, I believe.
2) Trend Micro has a downloadable cleaner module that will clean anything
they detect. You must download both the cleaner executable and a zip of
their current definitions, unzip the defs and place the result in the same
folder as the cleaner app, and run the cleaner. It takes a while.
