Also worth noting is that Microsoft uses the non-PGP-way of signing
their authentic messages.
What you could do as an email-reciever is to compare the originating IP
with the domain-name. This will of course only work if the sender is
large enough to host their own permanent IP and this corresponds with
the email-domain. Due to this fact it is quite pointless to try to do
this. Better would be to incorporate PGP-signatures. Unfortunately the
tools to use are still a little diffcult for many endusers, but there
are Open Source tools, and efforts are made both in translation and in
usability of theese tools.
