You didn't get this worm from windows update site.

You got it while being online without firewall protection and required
updates. For example, in the time window that you were online and
downloading updates you could have been infected.

"The DCOM RPC vulnerability". This is that worm that tries to patch the
system
and remove the blaster worm.
